Home Away from Home - Sand Dollar 106 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Front vacation rental located in Indian Shores. This spacious 1st-floor (Not Ground Level) vacation rental has a delightful décor (Freshly decorated) and includes a private Gulf Front balcony with a view of our beautiful white sugar sand beach. Plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets!

Vacation rental 106 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Flat Screen Cable TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms, telephone with free local US and Canada calls along with free Wi-Fi are also provided.

Sleeping accommodations include one king in the main bedroom and 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. Guest bathroom has a shower, and main bath has a tub shower combo. 106 has a Washer & Dryer, Central heat/air conditioning along with ceiling fans.

The Sand Dollar Resort amenities include On-Site Front desk for easy check-in, Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Jacuzzi, Private fishing pier, Volleyball area, Charcoal grills, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Check-out maid service included. Bed Linens and bath towels are provided as well as beach towels and beach chairs.

This vacation rental comes with local gym access at no charge.

Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including infants). 106 is a Smoke-Free Vacation Rental. Sorry, No pets. Limit two parking passes at check-in. No trailers, RVs or boats.

Beautiful Farmhouse Beach Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well decorated home away from. Beautiful and spacious. Great Gulf view!! The only negative about the condo, it's in need of a new washer & dryer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To begin with, the staff are very nice and professional. We found that they really went out of their way for us. The rooms and the location are great. I really like the attention they pay to security. Well some people may find it aggravating, I like knowing that the only people at the pool are the ones who are staying there. I do wish the elevator was a little bit faster, but that’s just a minor inconvenience. We will definitely return for our next summer vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being a regular visitor we arrived knowing last year’s hurricane had done real damage to the Sand dollar. Even though some of the work is on going the majority of the work that would affect visitors has been done. Not just done but beautifully done. The owners obviously made the decision that as work needed to be done they would update at the same time. The pool area is stunning with lots of space round the Tikki huts.and comfortable sun loungers.The garden area looks wonderful with really thoughtful planting. It was a real pleasure to be back and enjoyed every moment of our stay.
