1 1/2 hrs from Nashville , 1 hr from Clarksville, or 30 mins from Dickson. On a quiet dead end street just 5 mins from Hwy 70.

We are a semi retired and are empty nesters, we have 12 grandchildren which we enjoy very much! We do some traveling (one daughter in Wyoming)
We also are a part of the Waverly Mennonite Church.

What makes this property unique

This is a cozy home with mostly new furniture, appliances. We just repainted the whole house, did a thorough cleaning and replaced some of the flooring. We think you will enjoy the amenities and all the little niceties it has to offer.
Conveniently located 5 minutes off the main highway minutes from Walmart, downtown antique shops, restaurants & more.
20 minutes from Loretta Lynn’s Ranch
20 minutes from Pebble Isle Marina
& other local boat docks.
