Dockside Paradise furnishes a private covered boat slip on the Mexico Beach Canal with electricity, water and Gulf access just minutes from the docks. The Villas, a 14-unit condo complex across the street from the beach has a beautiful pool, grilling and gathering area overlooking the boat docks.

Mexico Beach Marina is two doors down with everything you need for a day of fishing. Mexico Beach boat ramp is 4 blocks from unit for boat launching, trailer storage, fish cleaning tables & carcass disposal system. Shell Shack next door offers fresh locally caught seafood for grilling, or they will steam to your liking, pack it up ready to go. They have large selection of souvenirs, shells & beach clothing. Easy walk across the street to the beautiful quiet beaches of Mexico Beach. Front balcony with tall Adirondack chairs is perfect for morning coffee with view of Gulf waters. Beautifully decorated unit with two master suites. King overlooking boat docks on the canal and private doorway to balcony, separate shower and garden tub. The second en-suite has queen and Gulf view. Third bedroom has two full beds and hallway bathroom. All bedrooms have TV's and living room has a 55" TV with Bose sound bar. Located just outside the unit entrance door is a private outdoor beach equipment room with beach cart, umbrellas, beach chairs, floats, etc. for your beach days. There is room for your additional gear including bikes, fishing rods, etc. There is an additional storage room on the canal balcony. There are 2 parking spaces assigned to the unit, an elevator and handy cart to tote items to the unit. This 3rd floor condo gives you wonderful views, easy beach access, quick access to Gulf boating and fishing. Come play at Dockside Paradise in Mexico Beach!

Boat slip is 11' wide and Mexico Beach Canal bridge has an overhead clearance of 12' .
The condo complex has a designated shared grilling area.

Dockside Paradise is a non-smoking condo and does not allow any pets. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
