This one side of a duplex unit is a bright, open townhome in Pacific City is fantastic to share with family and friends, who can walk to the beach, the Pelican Pub, or Stimulus Coffee with ease. With a soaring great room and a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, Pelican Beach House invites guests to gather in front of the TV and fireplace on leather recliners and a plush sofa for conversation and fun. A formal dining room adjoins the fully equipped kitchen; a dining table and a circle of Adirondack chairs around the backyard fire pit invite you to take meals, snacks, and drinks outdoors. A spacious king suite and two queen bedrooms with their own TVs mean you can retreat to your own private space. Kids and adults alike will enjoy a ping-pong table and a foosball table in the garage.

Pacific City is a great launchpad for both the Central and North Oregon Coast. You’re less than half an hour to Lincoln City to the south and about that far north to Tillamook, so day trips in either direction are easy. In the meantime, you’ll find spending time in Pacific City a delight—long walks on the beach, surfing, fishing, kayaking, sampling craft brews at the Pelican Pub, or savoring an exquisite meal at the Meridian Restaurant are all possibilities!
