Beach Pine House


This exquisite beach house has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, 2200 square feet of comfort and luxury. Just a short walk to the famous Cape Kiwanda beach access and restaurants, however, you may not want to leave home with the well-stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, flat-screen TVs in every room, cable tv in every room, wifi throughout the house, comfy furniture with fuzzy blankets, games, puzzles and books. Our spacious dining table seats 8 with seating for 2 more at the bar. Plenty of room for the whole family to dine together. The bedrooms have cozy beds with luxury linens and fantastic views from the 2nd story. Plenty of towels for everyone, an on-demand water heater so you will never run out of hot water. New large front load washer and dryer, with laundry soap provided. Dartboard and full-sized air hockey table in the garage. Outdoor hot and cold water faucet to wash off those sandy feet. Hot Tub, horseshoes Gas BBQ and fire pit in a totally fenced yard. . A 3 block walk to Cape Kiwanda state park where you can watch the surfers, climb up then roll down the monster sand dune, take memorable pictures or just quietly stroll along the beach. Perfect for families or for a grown-up get away!

Close walk to the Pelican and the beach

This house was a great home base for our 4th of July weekend. We were able to walk to all of our favorite places and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day. We would love to stay here again!

Overall this home was satisfactory for most of our needs. When we arrived unfortunately a carbon dioxide alarm was going off but they did come and fix it. Our biggest disappointment was the hot tub being broken as this was a huge factor in us booking this stay.

Nice quiet coastal home

Wonderful house, wonderful location

We couldn't be more pleased with this property. The house is very well built and beautiful, and just a short walk to the beach, marketplace, and food. We made use of the hot tub, firepit, and gas grill. It was perfect!

Friends fishing trip to PC, house was big and well laid out. Parking was a bit tight but the team with Meredith lodging really worked to help us resolve it. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Great Beach House

This was a great house to stay in while my kids had a few days off from school. We especially picked this house because it has an air hockey table! Unfortunately, the kids said it didn’t work that great…quite old. But we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. We wished there was more lighting in the backyard. Great location to the beach, easy to find.
