Amazing location - felt like home. A great place to come back to at the end of the day. The beds are super comfortable and we slept like babies Communication was great, clear and fast. Patricia was a joy to work with. I hope to go back next time I'm in Sydney Mines!

The host Patricia was great. She was attentive and accommodating. She even had an additional window air conditioner installed the day we were set to arrive due to the expected heat. A few small quirks, but overall a great experience and so much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. Would definitely stay again!

Recently renovated, this place was well equipped and perfect for our group (3 adults) who were traveling Cape Breton during the day and resting here at night. The location is in a quiet area of Sydney Mines and a quick drive to restaurants, groceries, fuel, and the coast. Patricia, the host, was in close contact with us and made sure everything was smooth! Highly recommend and if we are in the area again we would definitely rebook.

Property was clean and well laid out. Was great for a family of three, and a good launch point for checking things out in the area. There needed to better curtains or blinds. The bedroom we were in didn't have opaque curtains and we ended up hanging a small blanker over the curtain rod. The bathroom also just had a half sheer curtain so we were uncomfortable using the shower.
