Newly Built Farm House style cottage built on the site of a former farm from the early 1900's the cottage is spacious and comfortable with views of the Ocean and Mountains. Large yard. The ocean beach and pond a short 5 min walk away.

Very close to Cabot Trail

Great little house. Very clean. Quiet. Responsive owner. 10km off the main highway though on a sometimes rough road. So good for those looking for a real getaway. Not so much for anyone looking to be close to action, shopping, etc. Just be aware what you are getting into.
