Absolutely perfect location, quiet, clean, well equipped with everything needed to live comfortably for the week. Cabin had all the needed amenities including air conditioning for those warm summer evenings. The host is an absolute beauty of a human, which made the stay even better. Would for sure recommend, and will definitely be staying here with the family again.

Fantastic relaxing vacation at Highland Cottages. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. Check-in was super easy and the host was quick to respond to the couple of questions we had!

Lovely, quiet place with excellent air conditioning. (We were there during a heat wave.) Great location. Host was super and very knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Lovely Cottage

The cottage was very clean and comfortable, Nice large deck with a BBQ and nice view of the water. The cottage has everything you would need. The owner and his wife are very nice and were there for anything you needed, He also produces excellant honey from his own bee hives. Would reccomend this cottage to anyone that wants a nice quiet, peacefull stay.

My wife and I and our dog spent three nights here in August. I wasn't thrilled with driving half a mile on gravel to get to the cabin, but otherwise everything was great. The cabin was clean and comfortable, and the owner could not have been friendlier or more helpful.

Nice cabin

The cabin itself is very nice and functions very well. The view down to the lake from the deck is excellent. The air conditioning is good. If cooking food be aware that the stove is very hot and BBQ is not very hot, in fact we cooked steaks at high for over 20 minutes and they were barely medium rare. The bedding is good and beds are comfortable. Bathroom and shower are good. The couch in the sitting area needs to be replaced.

Beau petit chalet, parfait pour les vacances.

Très beau, très propre. A 10 minutes approx d'un super marché. Parfait pour les vacances. Les propriétaires parles français et anglais et sont très gentils et compréhensifs. Je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner dans le futur. P.S. Faire attention car google map ne vous amène pas à la bonne place sur la rue allen. Sur la rue allen, tenir la droite à l'embranchement il y a une petite pancarte pour indiquer mais elle est plutôt haute dans le poteau et vous ne la verrez probablement pas.
