Minus the door code issue at checkin and the lack of wash cloths(glad I brought my own), I loved everything about the stay. It was super clean, convenient location, and affordable!

Host responded quickly to messages. Place was nice and clean, but did not have all utensils that were stated in posting, and the supplies were never replenished during the week stay. The supply stand had places for things but was never anything there.

Hello Jay,
Thank you for the feedback — glad our response time was quick, and sorry the unit didn’t have all the utensils listed and that supplies weren’t replenished during your week‑long stay. That fell short of our standards.
We audited the kitchen inventory, replaced missing utensils, and updated the listing to accurately reflect what’s provided. We've updated our turnover checklist to confirm the supply stand is stocked, and retrained housekeeping to verify supplies on every clean.
Thank you — your comments helped us improve.
The room was great. The accommodation was good as well. I minor issue. The iron in the room did not work. In the grand scheme of things this was. Small issue.
The location of this property was fantastic and the customer service was excellent. The staff were responsive and friendly, which we really appreciated during our stay. There were, however, a few downsides that made the experience less comfortable than we hoped. The walls were paper thin, and we could clearly hear the people in the unit next to us talking, which made it difficult to fully relax or even sleep at times. When we arrived, it was still in the 40s outside and the room was freezing. The thermostat is locked, so we couldn’t turn the heat on ourselves to warm the room up, although there was a small space heater in the closet. The shower water temperature also seemed to be capped and never got hotter than lukewarm. Additionally, we were told that supplies would be restocked daily at the entrance of the building, but this didn’t happen once during the week we stayed. One smaller but noticeable issue was the bed duvet, it was very loud and crinkly, and we would wake up whenever either of us moved.Overall, the space itself was nice, clean, and the location and service were great, but there are definitely several areas that could use improvement to make the stay more comfortable.
