Our house, fully renovated in mid-2021, is ready to welcome your luggage, laughter, and moments of rest and joy. Remote work is also possible (Wi-Fi and office space)

Facing the sea and offering a 180-degree view of the Dunes Beach, Royeau Beach, and the charming, traditional port of Port Blanc, you’ll be able to enjoy the sailing and equestrian clubs, located 5 minutes and 4 minutes from the house, respectively, the renowned Penvénan market just 8 minutes away, Trestel Beach 5 minutes away, and numerous other regional activities (hiking, beach, golf, tennis…).

The house has just been tastefully renovated to preserve the charm and authenticity of traditional Breton farmhouses, with exterior elements and colours chosen to create an atmosphere that is at once understated, modern, and warm.

Featuring three double bedrooms and a “dormitory-style” room that sleeps four, our house can easily accommodate two families who will enjoy true independence, as the bedrooms are accessed from separate wings of the house.
This house can also accommodate fewer guests, as each wing features one double bedroom and another with twin beds.

The living area, consisting of a kitchen (fully equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and access to the laundry room with a washing machine) that opens onto the dining room, is perfect for enjoying delicious meals while taking in the view. Adjacent to this is the living area, which includes a living room with a fireplace and ocean views, and a TV lounge with internet and Wi-Fi.

Finally, the garden on the ocean side is perfect for lively football games, while the south-facing terrace is especially pleasant for lunch, barbecues, and relaxing naps!!!
