The house is fine; I had some outlets not working, but the host fixed those issues. Our biggest issue was with the neighborhood HOA and the Security Guards. The house sleeps 20, but you are only allowed 3 cars, not easy to do and ended up being very costly for us. Also, if someone staying at your house wanted to take Uber in/out and wasn't one of the 3 driviers on the list, we were met with the utmost resistance from the guards letting them in, even though we sent a full list of occupants to the host. Had to go pick up a young 20's girl from the guard stand at 1 am when she arrived by Uber because the driver forced her to get out, and the guards would not let her get dropped off. This development is not willing to work with guests who are stying their to accommodate the needs of a large party. We will not be staying in this development again because there are some right down the road that are much more accommodating to large groups visiting and staying at their properties.

Après l'effet "wahouuu", nous avons été déçus par cette villa : mis à part des verres, des assiettes et des couverts, AUCUN plat ! Nous avons été obligés d'en acheter ! Le robinet de la cuisine était complétement dévissé et il n'y avait aucune pression pour l'eau froide, le congélateur ne donnait ni glaçons, ni eau fraiche. Aucun nettoyage de la piscine n'avait été fait et vu le niveau d'eau qui baissait, il devait y avoir une fuite. Il a fallu plusieurs jours pour que la clim/chauffage soit efficace....Aucun mode d'emploi, idem pour l'électro-ménager ! Pas de gel douche comme annoncé et, niveau cuisine, juste du sel et du poivre ! Les jeux vidéos de la salle de gaming sont obsolètes !Seul point positif : les 3 chambres à thème ont ravis les enfants
