Super Haus in Traumlage mit Meerblick

We stayed in the house in September with 4 adults and a child. We have enjoyed the vacation very much. The view is fantastic and the house is modern and tastefully decorated with everything you need. Bormes les Mimosas is within 15min. walking distance and to the beach you drive 10 minutes. The communication (arrival and departure) with the owner was totally problem-free and super nice. Wir waren im September mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem kleinen Kind in dem Haus. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und das Haus modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Insbesondere die Terasse ist ein Traum. Bormes les Mimosas ist in 15min. zu Fuß erreichbar und zum Strand fährt man 10 Minuten. Die Kommunikation (An- und Abreise) mit der Vermieterin war total problemlos und super nett.

Très beau séjour à Bormes les Mimosas

Nous avons passé de très agréables vacances entre amis. La maison est vraiment très bien et les 3 salles de bain sont très pratiques quand on est plusieurs. Les deux chats qui vivent la bas venaient chercher les caresses. La vue est splendide. Je recommande :)

Very nice and tidy house with a great view

We stayed in this house for one week. The house is very nice, tidy and spacious, and the view is beautiful. It's located on top of a hill with a big garden and lots of privacy. We enjoyed the outside as well with morning coffee on the terrace and dinners outside on the patio. The kids especially had some fun withe the trampoline in the garden. The kitchen was well equipped and we were easily able to cook our own dinners from wonderful local produce (check out the farmers market!). During our stay we went hiking, visited a vineyard, tried kayaking and stand up paddling, spent time at the many beaches, visited local marketplaces etc. There's a lot to see and do in the nearby area. The description and the photos in the listing are very accurate and the house is well maintained. The owner was very nice and welcoming, and provided us with some good tips on activities and restaurants nearby. We would definitely rent this house again if we return to the area.

wonderful, beautiful, sehr schönes Anwesen

beautiful landscape , a nice view to the sea, we enjoyed our stay very much, enough place to have a rest in the shadow or the sun, kitchen with all things necessary for cooking, the beds are good for the young and the old parts of the familiy , now in german : sehr schönes Anwesen mit allem , was für einen superschönen Urlaub nötig ist: gute Betten, voll ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Trockner und.....vieles mehr. Schöne überdachte Terrasse für das Frühstück am Morgen und das Abendessen mit Blick auf das Meer !! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden von Giles und Christine gut betreut!!! Auf ein Wiedersehen freuen wir uns!! A. St.-R.

Calme, espace, confort

Très agréable séjour dans cette villa spacieuse et confortable pour 4 adultes et 2 petits enfants, disposant de 3 salles d’eau bien agencées. La villa est située dans un endroit très calme en-dessus du Lavandou, et nous avons beaucoup appréciés la grande terrasse, la pergola et le vaste jardin qui permettent de trouver une zone ombragée à chaque instant de la journée. Les plages sont à 5-10 minutes en voiture, les commerces et restaurants du Lavandou à 5 minutes. Notez que la voiture est indispensable. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire qui est disponible et veille à ce que votre séjour soit une réussite. Nous recommandons cette location.

Impressive house, lots of privacy, high quality!

Recommended, this house is special, not only due to the location on top of the hill with seaview but specifically for the quality of the restoration. Owners live here most of the year so this is not a boring summer house but a very nice interior with good taste. Not easy to find such nice places. Very calm with nice garden. We have been here several times and will return.

House in a quiet location with beautiful view

We stayed with 8 people in the house for two weeks. There was enough space for everybody, 4 bedrooms, and all the utilities required: washing machine, dishwasher and so on. Around the house there is a big well maintained garden, so that for our kids it was not borring at all. The house is on the hill, and is located relaitievy away from neibour houses in a green area, so that you almost get an impression that you are alone. The village itself is roughly 20-30 mins away from the house by walk. The nearest beach you can reach by car within the 7-8 mins. Closest supermarket is reachable within the 3 mins by car. The homeowners are very nice people, again many thanx to them. All in all, we had very good and relaxing vacation, and hope to come back one day.
