Great place and very clean. Our only issue was getting the code to the washer/drier room and to the gate leading to the beach. It was difficult lugging beach supplies down and around to the public beach access then back again. I would recommend a welcome book with area info and codes needed to access the amenities.

Thank you for the 5-star rating and for staying with Luxury Beach Rentals. We’re glad the property was clean and you enjoyed your stay. We apologize for the trouble with accessing the washer/dryer and beach gate — and for the extra hauling that caused. Thank you for the suggestion; we will add a welcome book with area information and all amenity codes to make future stays smoother. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back.

The room was nice and suited our needs. The only problem with the property was we had no access to the laundry that was behind a locked door. The description on Vrbo stated the unit had laundry access in our unit. We had multiple text between the “host” and myself but we never were given access to the laundry.
