The customer service is excellent and they respond very quickly. The house is clean and equipped with everything you need. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

We had a terrific stay with our group at this breathtaking property. Mo stopped by and dropped off some treats for us, and we would defintely book with Nicole and Mo again!

Beautiful setting with strong potential, but several areas for improvement.The property is situated in a peaceful, tranquil setting, and we enjoyed the natural surroundings. The host was pleasant and demonstrated great kindness by removing the additional hot tub fee to make up for our inconveniences. The home has wonderful potential.That said, several issues impacted our stay: * Kitchen: Drawers and cupboards were loose, and the space lacked basics like oven mitts, scissors, tea towels, and dishcloths. Some dishes required re-washing, the sink stopper malfunctioned, and the dishwasher did not work as expected. Hand soap dispensers were also nearly empty upon arrival. * Outdoor Amenities: The porch propane ran out quickly, and with no replacement found, we bought our own. Firewood ran out on the first night, BBQ utensils were missing, the pool water was cloudy, and the warped dock made us hesitant to use it. * Communication & Guides: A home manual explaining supply locations and amenity usage would have been helpful. Communication was also somewhat limited when we reached out with questions.Overall, the location is lovely. With improved maintenance, restocking of essentials, and clearer communication, this could be an excellent place to stay.
