Lovely guests! Stayed for almost a month and was wonderful every time we talked. Place was left so clean as well.

Unfortunately, our experience hosting this guest was not positive. During the reservation period, several house and community rules were not followed. The property’s maximum occupancy of six guests was exceeded, and quiet hours were disregarded. A large gathering took place without authorization, resulting in noise disturbances and multiple vehicles parked inappropriately throughout the neighborhood, which caused inconvenience to nearby residents. We made several attempts to contact the guest through the VRBO platform and by phone to address these concerns but did not receive a response. Following checkout, the property required extensive cleaning and repairs, with damages totaling approximately $530. A claim for reimbursement has been submitted through VRBO and remains pending at this time. Due to these issues—rule violations, lack of communication, and property damage—we would not recommend this guest to other hosts.
