About this property

Nashville concert season: 2 rooftop homes, hot tub, fire pit, sleeps 24

Summary:

Book Sparks & Bubbles on VRBO for Nashville's concert season: two full side-by-side homes, one reservation, no shared walls with strangers. Rooftop hot tub on one side, fire pit on the other, built for family reunions and multi-family trips who want space to spread out and still gather each evening.

Sleeps 24: 8 bedrooms and 12 beds combined across both homes

Bathrooms: 7 total, no morning line for two families

Hot tub and fire pit: rooftop decks with skyline views on both homes

Kitchens: two full kitchens and two living rooms, everyone cooks, nobody waits on the counter

Gas grill: rooftop cookouts for the whole group

Smart locks: keyless entry so both homes get settled fast

The Space:

Sparks & Bubbles is two complete homes standing side by side in Nashville, booked together on VRBO so a big family trip gets both houses instead of splitting one. Each home has its own front door, kitchen, and living room, which means two families or a reunion crowd can each claim a full house and still be steps apart.

Bubbles gives your group 4 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a rooftop deck built around a private hot tub with skyline views. One of its second-floor bedrooms is a bunk room with a full over queen bunk, ideal for the kids while the adults settle into the queen bedrooms nearby.

Sparks mirrors it next door with its own 4 bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a rooftop deck centered on a fire pit and gas grill, so the second family can grill dinner while the kids play. One of Bubbles' bedrooms doubles as a themed hangout with comic-book-inspired art, a doorway out to its own balcony, and a neon "you belong here" sign glowing over the console table.

Picture the day: sightseeing around Nashville, a grilled dinner on the Sparks rooftop, hot tub time in Bubbles as the skyline lights up, then everyone splits into two full homes to actually sleep.

We booked neighboring condos for the 13 of us including several teenagers. The units were very nice and pretty close to downtown Nashville. The only complaint is that there’s no interior door between units. You have to go outside next to a busy street with a bus stop to go between front doors. I understand why there isn’t an interior connecting door since this probably isn’t always marketed as a dual unit option. The attached garage slots were handy too.

Hey Geoff, coordinating a group of 13 people is a big task and I'm glad the garage space and our location near downtown made it easier for everyone. Thank you for the 5 stars even though the layout between the units wasn't ideal for your needs. Because these are separate condos, you do have to use the exterior doors to move between them, and I've noted your comments about the street traffic. We'd be happy to have your group stay with us again. Thanks, Steve from Misfit Homes
