This wonderful Beach House is just a five-minute stroll to Lover’s Point beach via the Monterey Bay Recreation Trail which is just steps from the front door. Sea lions, barking harbor seals and Sea otters are common sights and sounds along the edge of the bay, a stone's throw from the home.

Situated just a few blocks from downtown Pacific Grove in one direction and under a mile from the world-renowned Monterey Bay Aquarium and historic Cannery Row in the other. Boutique shopping experiences, tasty restaurants and golf options aplenty await you - and don't forget all the special events like Monterey Car Week, the Carmel Bach Festival, Pebble Beach® Food and Wine and so many more.

Guests will enjoy the ocean view from the home and its proximity to Lover's Point Beach. For those traveling with their fur babies, Asilomar State Beach is a short but beautiful scenic drive away, not to mention Carmel Beach and many dining options, hiking trails and destinations in this famously dog-friendly part of the world.

Living Space
This shingle-clad quintessential Beach House is well-equipped for your coastal vacation. Enjoy views of the bay from the comfort of your living room. At the end of each day's activities, settle into the comfortable seating around the easy-to-use electric fireplace and TV with streaming service so you can binge your favorite shows (guests should bring the logins to their streaming subscriptions for programming). Lively large genuine Art Nouveau antique posters, gleaming wood floors and exposed ceiling beams are a sampling of the character of this cheerful home.

Outside
Step out the side door from the kitchen to a charming brick patio with an outdoor dining table, benches and a propane BBQ grill, a perfect place to gather for meals al fresco.

Kitchen and Dining
The fully-equipped kitchen is ready to help you create both culinary masterpieces and casual meals. The kitchen features solid granite countertops, an inset gas stovetop, double wall ovens and a stainless steel refrigerator. Both conventional drip and single K-cup coffee makers are on hand. A coastal-themed stained glass installation is a standout art piece.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
All three bedrooms are located upstairs and they feature plush carpet and white shiplap walls and ceilings.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed and TV.
Bedroom #2 has a queen bed.
Bedroom #3 has a full/double bed.
Upstairs, the full hall bathroom is located near the bedrooms and has a both a vintage clawfoot tub placed in front of a whimsical mural and a separate shower with beachy accent tiles.
The lower level has a half bathroom near the living spaces.

A washer and dryer set are conveniently located upstairs near the full bathroom and bedrooms.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.

Off-street parking for one small / low-profile vehicle is available in the garage, plus storage space for bikes or golf clubs. Street parking across from the home is generally available on a first come, first served basis but guests should take care not to park in front of neighbors' homes.
