• Easy key pickup from secure location short walk (5 mins / 300m) from building until 11pm.
• Arrival details confirmation and government-issued ID verification are required prior to arrival.
Guest Access:
🔑Guests have full access to the apartment. Building amenities are available after building induction is completed. Two sets of keys are provided.

Other Things to Note:
🚫HOUSE RULES
• Check-in after 3pm, check-out by 10am
• No smoking (building fine $7,500 for false alarms), vaping, e-cigarettes, or illegal substances
• Total number of guests must match the booking
• No parties, events, or large gatherings – this is a residential building
• Quiet hours: 10pm – 7am. Please be mindful of neighbours.
• Do not share keys, FOBs, clickers, or access codes with non-guests
• Lost keys = $300 replacement fee
• Attend building induction (Sun–Fri 7pm, Sat 8am) before using pool, gym, or sauna
• Park only in your allocated car park space
• Arrival details confirmation must be completed before arrival, including government-issued ID
• Booking must include a valid phone number or it may be cancelled
ℹ️ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• Detailed check-in instructions and welcome book sent 24 hours before arrival
• Early check-in subject to availability (booking the night before guarantees access)
• Late check-out possible if schedule allows (after 12pm = additional night fee)
• Luggage drop off available at grocery store in building complex for a small fee paid to store
• Noise sensor in living area – not a camera or recorder; monitors sound levels only for comfort and compliance
• Additional cleaning during stay can be made available for a fee and required for >14 night stays.
