This was the perfect property for our sales conference! We had employees travel from all over the world, and everyone was in awe over this place!

Everything was excellent with the exception of one of the pools was not clean and despite requesting cleaning no one showed up.

Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
I spent far too much time on the phone trying to get locks to work. Smoke detectors were missing from their connectors, the houses were gritty and dirty, we had to spend personal money on getting an exterminator after the rental company said they couldn't do anything, door knobs were missing, soiled mattresses, refrigerator was broken and no solution from the rental company. Overall the rental would've been great if they handled the basics well. For what we spent we aren't too satisfied with how things were prepared and handled

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry your stay fell well short of expectations. - Locks & door hardware: I’m sorry you spent so much time getting locks to work and that knobs were missing. We’ve flagged this with our maintenance team for immediate inspection and repairs/replacements. - Smoke detectors: We’ve prioritized an inspection and will replace or reconnect any detectors immediately. - Cleanliness & mattresses: I apologize the homes were gritty and mattresses soiled. Housekeeping we will address any items that need replacement or deep cleaning. - Pest issue: I’m very sorry you had to hire an exterminator. We have a corrective plan with our pest-control vendor. - Refrigerator & response: I’m sorry the fridge failed and that our response wasn’t adequate. We’ve logged this for repair/replacement We take these issues seriously — thank you for bringing them to our attention. -GoodNight Stay
