Quiet Retreat with everything you need

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 full bath on corner lot in quiet neighborhood. Our home has a King master suite and two full beds in the 2nd bedroom, pullout couch in the formal living room and two air mattresses if needed. Home provides 55 inch 4K with streaming service and wireless internet throughout the house. Home has private screened pool with beautiful lanai boasting comfy seating and a small grill. Home is convenient to everything as Walmart is 2.8 miles away, Winn Dixie is 1 mile away and Englewood Beach/Manasota Key is about 6 miles away. We love going to the beach every evening when we are there!

Quiet getaway close to the beach

The house was beautiful and fully stocked with whatever you may need. The kids loved the pool and Dave was very helpful with any questions or any information needed. We loved it!! Can’t wait to go back!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Dave was very hospitable and great at checking in with us to make sure we had all we needed. The home was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Our kids loved having the pool to play in too. It was very clean and perfect for what we wanted. We did bring our own child-proofing for the doors leading to the pool, since our kids can't swim on their own yet (but they think they can). If that is a concern for you, I recommend bringing your own child proofing items for those doors. Highly recommend this home and we would definitely stay here again if we ever visit this area in the future!

The picture's do not do this home justice! This home is beautiful inside and out. This home really felt like our home away from home. They had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Family vacation

We had an amazing time! Was close to stores for groccery shopping, they even had chairs for us to use at the beach! The pool was amazing, our 4 year old and 7 year old learned to swim with no floaties! The house was so clean, we felt right at home and already trying to decide a date to come back.

We are an average Midwest couple with two adult children and one school age child. We are in our 50's an moving quickly toward retirement. We have spent years travelling to the Gulf Coast of Florida.

Why they chose this property

We always wanted a coastal home so we finally pulled the trigger. After an exhaustive search we found this home to be in a fantastic neighborhood and close to everything! The neighbors are the best and the neighborhood is super quiet and relaxing. Nothing y could possibly need is more that 10 miles from the house.
