Clean and spacious living area. Nice balcony with partial view of the beach. The site manager LeeAnn was very helpful with our check-in. Bathroom was a bit small but we didn’t mind. We would definitely recommend to others.

We had stayed at the Caprice a couple of times over the years of holidaying in Florida and were glad to repeat the experience. Our unit was clean and provided all we needed for a weeks stay. The location right on St Pete's beach was perfect. Security of the building was good and Cindi who greeted us at reception couldn't be more welcoming or helpful.Considering it's location, I would say the rental price was fair.

Location was great because of easy access to the beach and places to eat. The onsite host was great and easy to work with. Great view down the beach but can’t see the sunset from the room or patio. A couple of minor issues like the ice maker/water dispenser was leaking onto the kitchen floor, shower handle was loose and about to fall off, and one of the lamps had a flickering light bulb. Toilet also would randomly run like it had a slow leak inside.
