I look forward to welcoming you to this unique beachfront haven...
Your guest condo has a large open well-fitted kitchen with gas cooktop, refrigerator and dishwasher .....original heart of pine flooring throughout excepting kitchen and bathroom which have large Sautilla tile flooring. High ceilings, fans in every room, Mitsubishi split ductless a/c system, hurricane windows and doors, on-demand gas hot water.....
Original artwork elevates the open layout and comfortable furnishings, even the hallway is a joy...and the bathroom. You'll enjoy the convenience of the walk in shower, but you'll still have the option to luxuriate in the extra deep Grecian soaker tub. Bedroom is roomy enough for king bed or twins, plus bureau, wall tree and antique standing mirror, without feeling crowded.... "just right" leather couch and oversized armchair...Extra long British Colonial Daybed in alcove off living room if you're extra tall.... Views of the sea from the porch and bay windows depend on the season of the plumeria and seagrapes.......
Just steps out your door, enjoy Butlerhouse's historic gazebo for outdoor grilling and dinners, or just an afternoon swing on the bench with a good book, surrounded by sea breezes.
All amenities available to owner/residents are available to all guests, including free electronic front-loader laundry and grills and designated parking. This is a separate unit accessed only by the guest. Access to porch door has 5 steps with railing, access to main building door and back bedroom of unit is 5 steps off ground with hand railing.
Cleaning and disinfecting guidelines are strictly adhered to, I live across the hall and make sure of it. All surfaces are thoroughly disinfected and all bed/bath linens/spreads/pads laundered between guests, + there is a huge supply of extra linens in the unit for all beds and bath needs.
Property has private porch, private entrance, private parking, and relatively private beachfront.... there is no public parking in our neighborhood.

Extraordinary BEACHFRONT location only 25 minutes from Tampa Airport. 45 minutes to Sarasota. 10 minutes to Ft. Desoto Park. 10 minutes to lovely vibrant downtown St. Petersburg on Tampa Bay, with myriad cultural and sports venues, recreational activities, music, theatre, galleries, shopping, European-style cafes and parks. Paradise is PASS-A-GRILLE!

I've been blessed to live in Pass-a-Grille, in the Butlerhouse amid a ten block residential area of lovely homes and relatively private beachfront. I moved here from NYC many years ago. I work out of my home across the hall from this guest condo in a predominantly owner-occupied residential building. This is a blessed place, romantic, fun, restoring. Pass-a-Grille is a village community, a finger of land only one block wide, surrounded by the Intracoastal and the Gulf of Mexico...., a haven from which you can explore the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida and enjoy myriad venues, visit theme parks, villages, shopping, museums, galleries, theatre, orchestra, sports, cafes along Tampa Bay and parks, recreation...and the most beautiful beach in the world. It's a mix of village and luxury, artists and attorneys, a unique community, a place that's very hard to leave. I can tell you.....I finally came to visit in 1982 and essentially, I never left..
Why they chose this property
This property sits on the dunes amid a ten block section of relatively private beachfront in a historic residential beach community. It is still a secret, perched on the beachfront just 9 blocks south of the historic Don Cesar Hotel, but a half mile from the Bayway and direct access to I-275. Besides enjoying a lively historic community with our own main street Pass-a-Grille, one can go to dinner and a concert in Clearwater, Tampa, or Sarasota and be home by midnight. Explore the beautiful communities and beaches and river cafes along the Gulf coast of Florida.
