Beautiful large apartment on Lake Ella. One queen bed with private bath/private entrance. Bath offers a traditional shower and jacuzzi tub. Microwave/coffee and minifridge in unit. WIFI, dedicated workspace in central Tallahassee fronting on Lake Ella, a municipal park with a fountain and walking trail around the lake.

Midtown Tallahassee is a few blocks away offering wonderful local restaurants and night life.

Beautiful/peaceful shared yard with outdoor sitting space.

Fully equipped washer and dryer (shared) provided on site.

Neighborhood description:
Lake Ella's part of Florida's "Old Spanish Trail," making it a great start for morning walks or jogs with a 0.6-mile paved walking trail that completely encircles the lake. The beautiful park features abundant wildlife, a pavilion, and shops making it a central place of activity for the city. The American Legion (offering bands and dancing) and Black Dog cafes are a short walk around the lake. There are also a dozen plus other shops and restaurants nearby!

Safe parking is shared in both the driveway and on the street.

Getting around:
Personal cars are welcomed but might not be needed if you plan to stay local. Commercial transportation is available via your app, and taxis are a phone call away. Nearby businesses within walking (or biking) distance include Publix, UPS, CVS, a bike shop to name a few.

Absolutely love this location! The walkway around the lake out front is so peaceful and beautiful. The little shops in the stone buildings on one side are so fun to browse through. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is clean, well-stocked, and centrally located. The host was friendly, checked in appropriately, and responded quickly. I would stay again the next time I am in Tallahassee.

Perfect accommodation for one or two people. Good sized main space with seating, desk, bed and small coffee/microwave area with refrigerator. Great bathroom with walk-in shower soaking tub and big closets. Super clean and comfortable. Centrally located and across the street from Lake Ella and lots of other cool, local Tallahassee places to visit. Jack is a great host and replies quickly to anything that comes up!Highly recommend.

Perfect cottage style room. Clean and newly appointed.

Great parking, on a beautiful small lake with walking path, walkable to restaurants, great coffee shop, central location. Publix shopping center close by close to FSU. Hosts were incredibly responsive great communication through out our check in and check out process, large bathroom with beautiful soaking tub and two headed shower. There are three bungalows, quiet location, small backyard to easily walk your dog. We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I did not stay there. It was not as advertised. The picture of the house was rented out. There was no parking in driveway. Go around back of house to the facility. Go from outside to shared washer & dryer. Awful experience.
