PETS must be well behaved and no barking disturbing to the neighbors. Dogs must not be allowed to roam outside, they must be on a leash.
Dog "poop" must be picked up from the property and disposed in an appropriate manner. PETS NOT ALLOWED ON THE FURNITURE OR BEDS.
Upon Leaving load up dishwasher and start cycle. Turn HVAC off. Lock front and back doors. Place garbage in the outside garbage container.
