The main house sits on the upper floor and sleeps six, with lake and mountain views stretching across the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas. Slide open the doors and let the mountains in. On a clear evening you`ll watch walkers` headtorches dotting the trail up Mt Roy, or catch the ski groomers working the slopes on Treble Cone. A log burner anchors the living room for cooler nights — exactly what a bach should have.
Sleep well Three bedrooms, all with double-glazed windows, electric blankets, and panel heaters. The master includes a walk-in wardrobe and a private sunny nook — a former sewing room — that makes a lovely quiet corner to read or unwind. There`s also a queen room and a twin room, each with wardrobes. The recently refurbished bathroom has a shower over the bath, plus a separate powder room for busy mornings.
Eat, cook, relax The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals. Take them out to the back deck under the grapevine, or spread out at one of two dining areas inside. There`s also a freestanding deck in the backyard — ideal for morning coffee in the sun.
The practical bits The garage fits one small car and has ample space for bikes and ski gear. Washer and dryer on-site.
Need more space? Add the downstairs unit. The self-contained basement unit can be added to your booking for an additional $200. It sleeps four across a queen bed and a set of single bunks, with its own sitting area, dining table, TV, and private bathroom. Perfect for a second family, a group of friends, or just the extra breathing room on a longer stay. Total capacity with the basement: 10 guests.
