1 large room on the ground floor with on one side a living room with sofa, TV, overlooking the courtyard -
1 part with kitchen equipped with combined oven and microwave, fridge freezer, ceramic hob 3 rings, dishwasher -
Separate WC -
On the first floor:
1 shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet -
2 double bedrooms for 2 people each with duvet -
1 games room (access with 1 step) with Xbox sofa and console and 1 bedroom with 1 single bed -
Private parking space. Gas heating. Washing machine. Dryer. Garden furniture. Good condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, animal supplement (only 1 small dog allowed), security deposit by credit card and, if necessary, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, etc.).

A revoir...
Séjour à 3 adultes, dont 2 personnes âgée de 86 et 92 ans.
Plusieurs problèmes :
- A notre arrivée, chaudière à l'arrêt (17° dans la maison). Après appel à l'agence, celle-ci nous répond que si la chaudière ne se met pas en marche, c'est que la maison est à la bonne température, soit 20°. Ce qui n'était pas le cas ! Obligée de se débrouiller seule pour régler la chaudière.
- 2 radiateurs qui ne fonctionnent pas.
- Carrés de placoplàtre et autres matériaux posés dans la cuisine.
- Invasion de fourmi.
- Evacuation de la douche insuffisante et douche non étanche (inondation de la salle de bains à la première utilisation). Problème "résolu" en retirant la grille de l'évacuation de la douche.
- Pas de serpillière.
- Poil d'animaux sur les assises.
- Pas de patères dans la salle de bains et les chambres.
- Cour pas entretenue et pas de salon de jardin.
Bref, location peu fonctionnelle. Des améliorations seraient les bienvenues !
