Spacious and quiet in ABQ

Nice property tucked away from the noise. Everything was properly stocked. Very clean and well maintained. Almost all of the amenities that you would need so it was like being at home. Our guest contact was the best to work with!

This penthouse/casita is tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood, and we felt safe parking outside. The air conditioning worked beautifully, and the bed was very comfortable. Kitchen appliances were new and in excellent condition; the kitchen was also thoughtfully stocked with coffee, condiments, and a variety of spices. We enjoyed this property's convenient location and stylish interior. I never received directions, check-in instructions, or an explanation for how to access the property. This resulted in a stressful experience, and for a while, I thought we had been scammed. Luckily, the management team, Evolve, eventually returned my messages to provide the key code for the front door, and we entered successfully. The management team was slow to respond, and it seems like they struggled to integrate the requirements of the app and the conditions of the homeowner. For example, when I reached out to ask about wifi, Evolve took over an hour to respond, even though this information should have been visible to me on the VRBO app. They then directed me to an unmarked, untitled binder on a desk, which did have the wifi info. Evolve then directed me to contact a local host, whose information was not accessible to me previously, for future communications. It was unclear if the host was a VRBO employee, property owner, or something else. Trees scraping against the roof of the casita kept us awake sometimes. Management issues aside, the property is pleasant and relaxing.
