After a day of exploring, unwind in the full bathroom with a bath and shower combination. You can also step out to the shared courtyard, which features a pergola and a grill for a laid-back evening barbecue.

The location was great and the bed was very comfortable! It was missing some attention to detail and personal touches (e.g. the bathtub doesn’t plug, one of the stovetop burners doesn’t work, and it was pretty bare-bones in terms of amenities), so it probably wouldn’t be my first choice for another long-term stay but it’s definitely a safe and comfortable option.

Enjoyed my stay

I was in town for a conference in the Old Town area. The location was super convenient, the unit was nice, well taken care of, and quiet. The hosts were also very responsive to questions. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay

Easy booking and ceckin. Host was responsive, easy and nice to work with. The place was clean and exceeded our expectations. The little patio off the back of the unit as was a nice surprise as was the dog park "Old Town Park" west of the property by the bicycle byway. Neighborhood was safe and enjoyed daily walks with dogs..and friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay here again .

Great Communication - Very Responsive

Communication was excellent. Had to make a change on a holiday and it was handled quickly. This is a nice place in a quiet area. Ended up in another place due to mechanical problems but it was taken care of quickly. Great to deal with and would stay again with this host.

Great spot near Old Town

This one-bedroom is just about a half mile walk to Old Town, in a safe, quiet neighborhood across from a local elementary school. It was lovely being able to walk easily to several spots around Albuquerque. The apartment is basic, clean, and comfortable, and the off-street parking made for easy access. The hosts left snacks, which was a bonus, and we had everything we needed for a great stay!
