Ideally nestled in the mountains just 10 minutes from Sunday River and Mt Abrams's Ski Resorts! X-country skiing, snowmobile and snowshoe trails accessible directly from your door!

Charmingly rustic with tons of amenities and modern touches, this multi-acre apple orchard is the perfect escape. Unwind and relax by the fireplace with hot cocoa or venture out to pet the goats and build a fire! You won't want to leave, but Grafton Notch, ice fishing, covered bridges and downtown are close by.
