This property was beautiful, I wish we would have had cooler temperatures and more free time during our stay to enjoy the outdoor patio. There is some type of storage facility beyond the house, but there was very little activity while we were there and overall the property was peaceful and relaxing.The main floor of the home was very nicely updated. The living room was very comfortable. The kitchen was great, I loved the gas stove!!! I was slightly spooked the first time I ran the dishwasher while we were gone and returned to find it open…but realized the dishwasher does that on its own at the end of the cycle. Both bedrooms in the main floor were lovely, it would have been nice if the king bed was in the bedroom with the en suite bathroom, but the bedroom with the king bed was very spacious.The second floor was clean and as pictured on the site, it has not been updated like the main.It was quite hot the week we stayed and the window air conditioner did a great job keeping the bedroom next to the room with the window unit cool. My only complaint would be the stairs to the second floor. They were steep, narrow and carpeted. There was a handrail, but the family members that stayed upstairs were little nervous about the steps, especially when needing to come downstairs in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Having said that, I would stay here again, if my party allowed me to have more youthful people in the upstairs bedrooms.
