Proudly hosted by Island Rentals of Hilton Head, this villa combines modern upgrades with beachside charm along South Forest Beach Drive. This family- and pet-friendly townhouse features 2.5 bathrooms, all-new LVP flooring on the main level and in bathrooms, freshly renovated bathrooms with updated vanities and lighting, new water heater and dishwasher, and freshly painted interiors with new trim and crown molding. Brand-new furniture and lighting include a pull-out sofa and a new master bed frame, while shiplap accents in the main living room and master bedroom add a coastal touch.

The open layout includes a modern kitchen with quartz countertops, new cabinetry, and full-size appliances. A convenient in-unit washer and dryer make laundry a breeze. The main-level living area features a queen sleeper sofa and opens to a private patio with gas grill and peaceful courtyard views. Upstairs, the master suite offers a king-size bed and en-suite bath, while the guest bedroom with two twin beds features its own ensuite bath with tub/shower combo, making it perfect for kids.

This unit is directly across the street from the beach. Just a quick walk down the public path and your toes are in the sand within minutes. Located in the heart of South Forest Beach, the property is just a short walk to the pool, Celebration Park, and the vibrant shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza. Four adult bicycles and four backpack beach chairs are provided for exploring the island and enjoying the beach. A modern, comfortable retreat, pet-friendly and perfectly situated for family-friendly Hilton Head getaways.

The property was well located to the beach and local entertainment. The pool was a nice alternative to the beach and steps away from the back door. The place is stocked with kitchen supplies, games and starter paper products. The beach chairs and bikes were the perfect amenities for the beach and area. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Hilton Head.
