The property was reasonably priced and in a great location right next to Horseshoe and close-ish (about 45 minutes) to Collingwood. The house is spacious and easily fit 7 people. The master bathroom in particular was very nice.Unfortunately, we experienced several "new rental" growing pains. The exterior photos were misleading, showing a BBQ that wasn't there (though it was not explicitly listed as an amenity), which disrupted some dinner plans. More importantly, the pool featured prominently in the photos and listing was closed for the May long weekend without any heads up from the owner. Inside, some basic essentials were missing: there were insufficient kitchen dishes and glassware, no Wi-Fi password provided, and inadequate toilet paper. To his credit, Shivam was highly responsive and quickly resolved the latter issues when asked.Overall, with updated photos and better preparation for guests, this has the potential to be an excellent rental. For our weekend, it fell a bit short.
