Pool was excellent. Up charge of 600 to heat should have been stayed up front but well worth the upcharge Kitchen was void of good essentials. Pans were not good enough to cook in as finish was off and there were not enough kitchen essentials Water in master shower was not hot enough and came out brown for the first few minutes meaning lots of rust. Needed updating and yard around house was poor condition. Bear attacked garbage can and we had to clean it up. No lock on garbage can. Host said it was garbage provider problem but we had toClean everything up. Gulf was wonderful and could walk forever but area where home was had lots of construction on adjacent homes rehabbing them making the area distressed and cluttered and again garbage cans left on street or turned over on street with garbage on ground. Not good.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad the pool and the gulf access worked well for you. I’m sorry the $600 pool‑heating charge wasn’t clear up front — we’ll double check the listing and guest communications so future guests see that cost earlier. I apologize for the inadequate cookware and missing kitchen essentials; housekeeping will replace pans and restock the kitchen. The brown/low hot water you described is something we've not had reported before — maintenance will inspect the water heater and plumbing to address rust discoloration and temperature. Regarding the bear and the overturned trash, we’ll work with the owner and the trash provider to try and secure better wildlife‑resistant containers and lids so guests don’t have to deal with that. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention — we will address them for future guests and hope you’ll consider staying again to see the updates.
