The location is privileged, being situated in one of the most picturesque and characteristic streets of Antibes' historic center, just a few steps from shops, restaurants, museums, and the lively atmosphere of the Provençal market. The tourist port and beaches can be easily reached with a walk of about 200 meters among bars, quaint little restaurants, and shops with characteristic and original products.
The apartment is spread over two levels (3rd and 4th floors of the building), connected by an internal staircase, comfortable and wide, which adds a touch of originality because it is built with wood and grit. The spaces have been optimized to ensure comfort and functionality, with a design that combines modern and traditional elements, both in the furnishings and finishes. In fact, the apartment has been carefully renovated by me personally, using high-quality materials and fine finishes. The original architectural details have been preserved and enhanced, creating an atmosphere of charm.
3rd floor: large open space with a double sofa bed, armchairs, smart TV, kitchen area, and a large extendable table for 8 people. The windows overlook the main street, the view is open and makes the environment very bright. Large double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers, large windows that make the environment very bright. Large bathroom with a large shower box, sink, toilet, and bidet. Large mirror and furnishings with precious details.
4th floor: small living room with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower box, toilet, sink. From here you access the particularly romantic double bedroom with a Velux window that opens onto the rooftops. From here you access the terrace with a comfortable French window.
The panoramic terrace on the upper floor (4th floor of the building) offers a wonderful view of the historic center's rooftops, the port, and the sea. The view sweeps between Nice, with the backdrop of the sometimes snow-capped Alps, and Cap d'Antibes. From here you can enjoy priceless sunsets. The terrace is the ideal space to relax, dine outdoors, and enjoy the Mediterranean climate. Equipped with lighting, a remote-controlled awning, and all necessary furnishings: table, chairs, deck chairs, and sun loungers. You will also find bed and bath linen available, and in the kitchen, a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, induction hob with suitable pots, toaster, juicer, and all the necessary dishes for your vacation.
