The fenced in back yard serves as the perfect spot for your post beach recap! Wash away the sand and salt in the. outdoor shower or lay out and take a nap in the hammock after the sun has drained you of all energy.

Eastham is in reaching distance (20 miles) to Provincetown, not having to dedicate an entire day of your vacation to get there and back. It is also close enough to Chatham (16 miles) and. all the other Cape Towns and Main Streets that you can truly do and go wherever you desire. One of the main attractions of the Outer Cape Is the Beachcomber Bar and Restaurant, only 5.5 miles away! The best locations this home is near also include the Wellfleet Drive in Movie Theatre, Cape Cod Bike Path, Arnolds Restaurant and Bar and the fact that it also has Beach Access Via the Bike Path which allows guests to circumvent route 6 all together

Eastham house review

This house was well located on the Upper Cape. Extremely clean and well stocked including beach chairs, towels and kitchen cookware. A very good floor plan and nice working fireplace. Our main criticism is there was a hurricane on the day we arrived and we were told there might not be power or water. We called management to ask if this house was affected and they never got back to us. Also all beds were extremely old and uncomfortable with cheap bedding and pillows.

family beach vacation

This 3BR house was perfect for our 5 person party. It was cute and comfortable and the location was within an easy drive of restaurants, beaches (bay and ocean), grocery store, Provincetown, Chatham. Kitchen was very well-equipped, and made breakfasts and lunches easy to do at home. A/C in the bedrooms worked great and was necessary during this high temperature (80s, 90s) week.
