This residential home community is one of Ocean City's best kept secrets. The community spans 130th to 135th streets on the bayside and boasts mobile and stick built homes on the direct bayfront, canal front and interior lots. A shopping center complete with food store and dining is at the 130th street community entrance. Sports, recreation and trails are a few short blocks away at Ocean City's Northside Park. The beach and ocean await across Coastal Highway via the well lit intersection with crosswalk. The community includes off-street parking for each home, fishing and crabbing areas, eight acre pond sanctuary with walking/jogging path, and five acre park next to the pond sanctuary. Amenities include two outdoor pools, two outdoor tennis courts and miniature golf course. This comfortable home offers all you need for a relaxing stay. The three bedroom, two full bath home is well appointed with a full kitchen, washer, dryer, heat, air conditioning, and best of all free wireless internet service. A maximum of one dog is permitted with a paid pet fee. Includes bonus amenities of ski ball.

This beach house was perfect for what i was looking for last minute. I was able to bring my dog which was my deciding factor on this property. Master bedroom was a nice size, but taking a shower inside of a jacuzzi tub was hard on my father (stepping into it). The lay out the living room and kitchen was perfect. I didn't like that we had to drive down to 77th street to check in and drive back up to 135th. Now adays, most properties have door with codes. I would def. book again due to the fact that it had everything we needed and just a fewblocks to the beach which was walkable for my son. Not as modern as most houses but also not as expensive. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beach house. It was perfect and clean.
