Great location! Comfy and clean. Balcony was amazing too! Parking was a tad tight, luckily lot was not full but if you had an extra large vehicle it could be difficult.

Great location and the unit was exactly as pictured! The layout was perfect and could easily accommodate 4 people comfortably with the 2 bathroomsThe decor was very nice. The unit was also equipped with more than expected! The kitchen had many spices, foil, plastic wrap, etc. - things not usually included It was also easy walking to several restaurants that were great and getting to the beach was quick and easyWould highly recommend this unit!

The place was spotless with high end furnishings and an extremely comfortable bed. Nice to have 2 bathrooms, one with a huge shower and the other with a jacuzzi tub. Having the windows on the south side of the building as well as the ocean balcony made it worth the extra money, so wonderful to be able to see Nye Beach and the view! The TV options were really appreciated, best rental yet! Very convenient place to walk to shops and dining. We will always come back to this one after staying 4 other places in Newport. Thanks so much! Cindy and Tom

The Condo was clean with a few hairs missed in the bathroom and floor. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked. Sheet was on Hide-a-bed but pillow covers and other sheets missing. Not a big deal since cover blankets are plenty. Everything was working properly and the lay-out is very nice. Brite and cheery! I would absolutely recommend this Condo :)

Such a great place!!! Beautiful views, beautiful place, amazing shower!!! Love that this was a corner unit looking out over the ocean and the Nye Beach loop. The weather was really good to enjoy the deck other than a windy day. So close to lots of restaurants, shopping and of course the beach! We loved the furnishings and there was everything you needed to make meals, comfortable bed and lots of extra blankets and pillows. I appreciate the three rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and shampoo/conditioner & body soap!!! Again, thank you for the great stay, you have a beautiful place in an excellent location! :)
