Catawba island- Lake View and steps from Miller’s Ferry

This is a townhouse apartment located steps away from Miller’s Ferry, on Catawba Island. About 100 steps from the Ferry property and about 200 steps to the shore! This is a quiet location within a triplex. There are two upstairs bedrooms with new floors upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs has a full bathroom and both bedrooms have TVs. Downstairs boasts a living room and adjacent half bathroom. Kitchen has a cozy sit in dining room with refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. This year we added a washer and dryer. There is a patio area with propane grill and with table umbrella and plenty of seating.

Beautiful and comfortable

This place was perfect for our family vacation. I stayed there a couple nights with my adult siblings and, while we didn't spend a whole lot of time actually at the Vrbo, it was the perfect place for us to rest and relax.
