Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The biggest concern was black mold around the ceiling vent in the kids’ bedroom, which was especially upsetting since our children were sleeping in that room. We reported it to the management company and let them know we would be leaving our stay early because of it. The only response we received was an apology and a request to let them know when we had left.The overall cleanliness was also disappointing. The pull-out bed in the living room couch was filled with sand, and the stairwell had a very strong trash odor.We did really enjoy the tiki area for lunch, the pool, and loved the convenience of being right on the beach. Unfortunately, the mold and cleanliness issues were significant enough that we did not feel comfortable completing our stay. For the amount paid for a beach vacation, we expected the condo to be clean and, most importantly, safe for our family.
