The Casa Pura is located in the peaceful noble village of Cala Blava directly above the sea and is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.
160sqm of living space and 200sqm terrace with several shade places are waiting for you. Surrounded Casa Pura is surrounded by a well-kept garden with palm trees, lemon, orange and olive trees and many flowering shrubs.
Three spacious bedrooms with large and comfortable double beds, two bathrooms lovingly decorated with natural stones, the fully equipped kitchen and the spacious living / dining room allow you to feel completely at ease.
The Casa Pura sits fantastically placed above the sea. Various small romantic bays, all within a 3- to 5-minute walk, invite you to swim, snorkel, tan and let go.

From the terrace, living room and kitchen you have an incomparable view of the sea and the mighty bay of Palma. In the evening you can watch magical sunsets beyond the peaks of the opposite Tramuntana mountains. Whether in the heated whirlpool or from the terrace, these moments will be remembered.

To the island capital Palma there is a nearby and direct bus connection. By car you can reach the always worth seeing city within 15min. Even those who like to party will get their money, because the well-known "Ballermann" is within easy reach. Highly recommended are the numerous nightclubs and restaurants in Palma.
The island offers fantastic opportunities for sporting activities: hiking, cycling, playing golf, sailing, surfing.
Especially for cyclists, the house is ideally located, as the mountains and lowland are within easy reach and especially in the spring, the numerous cycling groups pass directly on the spot. Also tours by car to the numerous attractions of the island are highly recommended.

Great house.

Two couples. Plenty of room. Very comfortable and well stocked. Far enough away from Palma to avoid the crowds, but close enough to go in for sightseeing or dinner.

The Perfect Getaway!

This was our first time in Mallorca, and we could not have stayed at a better place. The location was ideal (just a 15-minute drive from the airport) and in a quiet, lovely, and walkable neighborhood home to several beaches. The house was clean and had thoughtful touches (welcome Cava, fruit, olives and coffee). We would absolutely stay here again!

We were coming to the boatshow in Palma and needed a place to relax. Quiet neighborhood, stunning villa with amazing view and a jacuzzi with ocean view, perfect to relax after a day on the the fair.Friendly German owner and as expected everything very German: Clean, perfect maintenance and even little signs how to operate the doors, machine etc. Comes with everything from fork, knive to big fridge for drinks additional to the normal one. Siemens/Bosch.I can only recommend.I will definately come back!

Das Casa Pura und der freundliche Vermieter sind uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Sehr ruhige und dennoch zentrale Lage. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten tolles Wetter Mitte November und konnten den fantastischen Ausblick von der Terrasse über die Bucht von Palma jeden Tag genießen. Alles lief völlig unkompliziert, vielen Dank und gerne auf ein nächstes Mal!

Wir haben als Familie 14 Tage Sommerurlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus gemacht.Das Haus ist wie in den Bildern dargestellt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Es war alles sauber und perfekt vorbereitet. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern sowie mit der Verwalterin vor Ort war höflich und angenehm. Wir wollten mit unseren Kindern einen gemeinsamen Urlaub auf Mallorca verbringen und haben mit diesem Ferienhaus das richtige Objekt für unsere Erwartungen gefunden.Kurzer Weg vom/zum Flughafen und nach Palma. Mehrere Bademöglichkeiten nicht weit vom Haus entfernt.Sehr gute Ausstattung. Besonders der Blick auf die Bucht von Palma mit dem herrlich blauen Wasser und dem Panorama der Stadt. Pure Erholung mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir haben einen fantastischen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus genossen! Es ist schwierig, ein Highlight hervorzuheben, weil einfach alles perfekt war. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und außerordentlich sauber und gepflegt. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge sind atemberaubend. Auch die Kinder haben ausgiebig den Whirlpool genutzt und wir hatten wunderbare Grillabende. 5 Sterne ohne Einschränkung!

Entspannung pur!

Wir waren in der kühleren Jahreszeit auf Mallorca, aber die Finca von Christopher und Monica kann einem selbst verregnete Tage versüßen! Ein wirklich tolles, großes Haus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die es für den Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist natürlich super! Schön ruhig in einer Wohngegend, Blick auf die Bucht von Palma und in 20 Minuten Fußmarsch an den belebten Stränden von Arenal. Kommunikation, Checkin und Gästeinformation waren ebenfalls top. Perfekte Auszeit in der Casa Pura – Erholung mit Blick auf die Bucht von Palma

Die Zeit in der Casa Pura war einfach wunderbar! Schon die Kommunikation vor der Ankunft war sehr gut organisiert, genauso wie die Abreise. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen – die Bilder sprechen für sich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt: Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Bäder sind modern und komfortabel, und die Aussicht auf die Bucht von Palma ist traumhaft. Es gibt noch weitere besondere Highlights, die man aber am besten selber durch einen Besuch in der Casa Pura entdecken sollte. Vielen Dank an Christopher und Familie sowie Kerstin für die tolle Zeit in diesem besonderen Haus. Wir freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen in der Casa Pura!

Tolles Haus in großartiger Lage

Tolles Haus, in dem es einem an nichts fehlt. Der Blick über die Bucht von Palma ist phänomenal. 4 kleine Strände in max 5 Minuten Fußweg (teils Steinstrand, Wasserschuhe empfehlenswert). Das Haus kann ohne wenn und aber weiterempfohlen werden 👍

Très belle maison dans un environnement magnifique !

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à Casa Pura. La maison est très belle et très pratique à vivre. Le quartier, dans lequel elle est située, est très agréable, calme et résidentiel avec les plages à proximité ainsi que Palma. Nous avons adoré la très jolie vue sur la baie de Palma et les beaux couchers de soleil. Nous recommandons vivement !

Einfach unglaubliche Aussicht

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Kurzurlaub in einer grandiosen Unterkunft. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer ist unbeschreiblich schön. Kerstin hat uns sehr zuvorkommend begrüßt. Wir konnten unsere Koffer schon vor dem Check in dort abstellen. Ein Sektempfang und leckere Melone hat die Ankunft nochmal abgerundet. Es ist alles vorhanden. Toilettenpapier,Seife,Handtücher, Küchenutensilien usw. Das Jacuzzi ist das Highlight der Wohnung. Alles ist sauber und top in Schuss! Die Unterkunft ist etwas entfernt von Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Den nächstgelegenen Supermarkt haben wir zu Fuß in 1,5 km erreicht. Uns hat es nicht gestört aber wer nicht gerne spazieren geht braucht einen Mietwagen. Wir haben uns sehr erholt und eine tolle Zeit gehabt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Tolle Lage in einem absolut ruhigen Ort, fantastischer Blick aufs Meer. Geschmackvolle und schöne Einrichtung, umfassende Ausstattung (z.B. Küche, zweiter Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage und Heizung,...). Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns super wohlgefühlt und kommen wieder.

Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Küche ist auch für Leute, die gerne kochen, gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Heizung (März/April) funktionierte sehr gut. Der Vermieter war sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit.

Pure Erholung

Was soll man sagen? Es war alles perfekt! Der Aufenthalt war äußerst unkompliziert und sehr komfortabel. Das große Haus mit dem großzügigen Garten inkl. Whirlpool und Orangen-/Zitronenbäumen hat uns eine perfekte Basis für unseren Urlaub bereitet. Nach Ausflügen auf der ganzen Insel konnte man hier einfach nur entspannen und sich zu Hause fühlen. Unsere Kinder waren von Anfang an fasziniert von dem Anwesen und wünschen sich noch heute in ihr Urlaubszuhause zurück. Perfekte und zuvorkommende Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :)

Perfekte Lage am Meer unweit von Palma

Hier fühlt man sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft und man ist in 15 Minuten in Palma. Alles ist super organisiert und bei jeder Frage gibt es sehr kurzfristige Rückmeldungen - Respekt. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Ein perfekter Ort für eine Auszeit vom Alltag

Wir haben 10 wirklich wundervolle Tage in der Casa Pura verbracht und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben… Wie in den vorherigen Bewertungen schon mehrfach erwähnt, ist die ruhige Lage und der wahnsinnig tolle Blick auf die Bucht von Palma ein Traum. Es gibt immer etwas zu sehen auf dem Meer. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren zuerst skeptisch, weil die Casa Pura „nur“ einen Whirlpool hat, aber die Strandbuchten sind so schnell fußläufig zu erreichen, dass uns ein Pool gar nicht mehr gefehlt hat. Und im Meer zu baden ist eh viel besser. Dafür war es umso schöner abends entspannt den Whirlpool mit diesem tollen Ausblick zu nutzen! Wir haben tatsächlich die meiste Zeit vor Ort verbracht, weil wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben. Wir waren schon mehrfach auf Mallorca, daher war es uns in diesem Urlaub nicht so wichtig Ausflüge zu machen. Ein Mietwagen ist aber für die täglichen Einkäufe schon wichtig, da es zu Fuß zu weit ist. Der Kontakt zu Christopher ist immer sehr nett und unkompliziert gewesen. Im Vorfeld hat er uns schon einige hilfreiche Tipps zu Supermärkten, Restaurants und Stränden geschickt. Diese findet man aber auch vor Ort in einem tollen Buch über die Casa Pura. Auch wir werden diesen wundervollen Ort nochmal besuchen!!! Am liebsten sofort :) Vielen Dank nochmal, dass ihr diesen wunderschönen Ort mit euren Gästen teilt! Nina&Daniel
