This charming escapade is now under new ownership and has been recently upgraded to provide you with the best vacation spot. With tall ceilings, uninterrupted lake views, a volleyball court, and a fully equipped game room, there will be no lack of fun to be had on this trip. Spend long days on the water or simply relax with a favorite drink on the spacious deck in the summer sun. When everyone builds up an appetite, the chef of the group can head into the full kitchen and whip up a delicious meal as the colors of the sunset reflect off of the rippling water. When everyone is tuckered out, the sectional sofa is the perfect spot for a movie night in the living area. Board games and an Xbox gaming system are also available for some late-night competition. Additional perks include four single kayaks, one double kayak, one canoe with life jackets, and a game room with foosball, Ping-Pong, and a pool table.

Tucked away in the trees along the shore of Lake Anna, this home away from home will feel like your own private paradise! With a private dock and boat launch mere steps from the back door, a day of kayaking, fishing, swimming, and boating will be a breeze. If you want a break from the lake, the adults of the group can indulge in a bar crawl at Lake Anna Winery, Coyote Hole Cidery, Cooling Pond Brewery, and Lake Anna Taphouse! Not to mention, the nearby hiking trails offer gorgeous views of the lake and foliage that this area is known for.

For those with younger guests, two of the bedroom closets (including the one in the main bedroom) are very large and can easily accommodate an assembled Pack-N-Play for those who want a small, adjacent nursery.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a door bell camera at the front door that is on.

Dock details: Dock has cleats to tie boats up to side of dock. There is also a jet ski lift/ramp.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
