Bo was a fantastic host, and the property was fantastic and clean. For people considering North Topsail beach, please look up “king tides” and when they are expected. I did not know this was a thing, and it rendered the beach by the condo more or less nonexistent for large portions of each day. There was still some beach by building 1 and in the inlet. Luckily, the condo was super comfy and the balcony is super close to the water (we all got splashed at least once while sitting on the balcony).
