About this property

Villa Sara-luxury villa with large heated swimming pool,privat parking

This new luxury modern villa is sittuated in very peacefull surrounding. It will be your private oasis in "green kingdom". It is away from traffic but not far away from main road wich leads you in any part of beautifull Istria. There is an acces to the highway only 5 km away.
It is a storey villa of 180 m2, sittuated on a 2000 m2 land. There are three bedrooms each with its own bathroom and SAT-TV. Comfortable fully equipped kicthen, dinning room for 8 people and living room with smart TV, SAT TV and DVD. From this arrea you have a wonderfull view to the swimming pool and nature wich is all arround the house.
From the outside there is an outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill.
There is also a dinning arrea for 8 people. Swimming pool is 40 m2. It is quite comfortable to relax or swimm.
In front of the house there is private parking for three vehicles.
If you decide to spend your holidays in our new modern villa you will not regret it! You will be hosted and wellcome!!

Beautiful villa with a pool and a spacious garden, easy drive to both east and west seacoast

The house is really great and well equipped. The garden was very much enjoyed by us and our dog and cat ;-) Easy access to all popular locations on the coast. Kristina was a great host, always available and providing necessary info and support. Would love to come back! High recommend!

Beautiful country getaway!

Excellent accommodation. This is a nice and tranquil countryside property. The yard is huge, which was great for our dog. The pool is perfect and stays really clean due to the design. The outdoor seating, lounging are the best. Indoors are quite cozy. House is very well equipped. Highly recommend!

Advertised pictures match reality completely!Big house, all bedrooms with desk, sufficient shelves, en-suite bathrooms. Very large combined living / dining / kitchen area, separate restroom with washing machine. Lots of kitchen equipment, plates and cutlery.Lots of outdoor space, covered platform, large heated pool, swing/slide, large grass area with small football goals, trampoline, more than sufficient seating opportunities. Large carport.Great contact to host, quick answer and reaction to issues.We stayed as a family of four but six is fine, eight have to use sleeping sofa in living area but size anlayout of house will serve that also.Definitely one of the best holiday homes we have experienced so far.

Ich kann das Haus zu 1000 % weiterempfehlen! Wunderschön, alles so gut durchdacht, im Außenbereich mit Fliesen die nicht warm werden, sehr großes Grundstück komplett eingezäunt, perfekt für unseren Hund. Überdachung fürs Auto vorm Haus. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit sofort wieder hin :)

... in einem sehr schönen Haus! Kristina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die sich engagiert und umsichtig um ihre Urlaubsgäste kümmert! Wunderschöne Villa

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Alles sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, super Ausstattung, sehr großes Grundstück mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder und das wichtigste im August ein großer Pool. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
