BAY VIEW TOWER 137 is the only condo at Sanibel Harbour that provides direct access from the living room to the sandy beach! The expansive glass window walls paired with a generously sized living area enhance the spaciousness of this condo, making it ideal for your group to spread out. This vacation rental features two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, including a master bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed and a guest bedroom equipped with two twin beds. The master bathroom includes an oversized tub along with dual sinks for convenience. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests thanks to the sleeper sofa. Neighborhood: Situated at Sanibel Harbour, right by the base of the Sanibel causeway and sharing the property with the Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort & Spa. Numerous dining options and a complete-service spa are within easy walking distance.

Getting Around: Having a car isn't necessary, but it is recommended if you intend to explore the region.

Check-in was a breeze! Just enter the code and you're set! Very spacious and felt like home. Everything we needed in the kitchen was there. Sliding door was a little hard to get open from outside due to the screen door, but we adjusted :-) Perfect sunset views from the patio.

My father and I have been going to Ft Myers beach for almost 40 years. Sadly, Ian destroyed the place we stayed. I had been searching for the perfect place to take my dad and I certainly found it. We had an amazing and relaxing time. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. It felt like home. This will be our new place!

We absolutely love coming and staying. Especially your condo. So much room and we love being able to walk out to the beach. We have stayed in your condo more than once and will in the future. Love that you had beach toys and such in the closet. We had a friend with here 1 yr old granddaughter that stopped to visit and she used the sand toys. Thank you!! The only thing I noticed was there was no hairdryer in the master bathroom. I went to the half bathroom to use that one. No big deal, just thought I'd let you know just in case you didn't know about it being gone. Thank you again!! We always enjoy staying!

Perfect 4th of July Getaway

Spacious. Secluded. Safe. This rental was great for my family of 4 and inlaws. The living was huge. Bedrooms were accommodating. And the kitchen was perfect for cooking in or making sandwiches. The building itself is very well kept, which is nice. The only downside at this time was the pool wasn't working. They did give us a discount, but I wish they would have aloud us to use the sister pool which was 100 feet away. Anyways, we did make the best of it and we'd definitely stay here again.
