Great BnB style house for large groups

Thank you to Linda, Eddy and Keith for such an enjoyable stay! This large BnB offers six distinct suites that were perfect for three families including seven kids. We adults could make lots of noise at night without disturbing other families and had a very comfortable stay. Location is central and perfect for accessing every part of the island.

Great place

Keith is a wonderful host. Spacious home with comfortable beds. Great outdoor spaces are a bonus. We had everything we needed plus a short walk to the general store, arts venues, church & loads more. The phone reception was really bad, internet worked fine!

Great house and location

This house worked perfectly for a group of 11 adults and 1 child. Having full suites with different combinations of beds allowed each family to pick the room configuration that worked best for them. Thank you to Keith for being extremely responsive and helpful during our stay. We had a wonderful week!

Great house for a large group

Great house. Very convenient for a large group, plenty of privacy with separate bathrooms. We loved the large porch and yard. Nice area, short walk across the street to a general store. The owner was very friendly and accommodating with anything we needed. Beach passes were an added bonus. We’d definitely return.

Wonderful!

We had a fantastic time here. Keith was very responsive and helpful. House is gorgeous with plenty of space and well stocked. Adults and kids had a blast. Beautiful garden too. My kids loved picking peas there! Location is a little out of the way but there is a bus stop nearby which made getting around the island with a big group much easier.

Vineyard week

Keith was easy to talk to, responsive, and wonderful to deal with! The property was beautiful and we had everything we needed. The rooms were well cared for, clean and comfortable. We had our wedding ceremony and reception in the yard towards the beginning of our stay and Keith was there to make sure we and the party suppliers had what they needed to set up. If we ever have a large party staying again on the Vineyard, we will look no further!

Host misrepresented the property, property looked noting like pictures online. We chose the property based on the charm that the pictures displayed. The landscaping was over grown, doors did not lock (owner stated it was a low crime area so we should be worried) with persistence he repaired the doors. Cleaning crew was still cleaning for 30 minutes after arrival. Dishes floors were not thoroughly cleaned, molded shower curtains. Preparation for guest arrival was unorganized. Host did not take responsibility for his lack of preparation or misrepresentation of property, host was rude and irate.

The home was extremely spacious, however, unsanitary. There was MOLD in my bathroom shower. Linen for my bathroom- nine provided. It wasn’t prepared. My bedroom had a see thru covering at one of the two windows. The other had a blind which was totally acceptable. The kitchen utensils- eating /cooking were greasy and sticky. The OWNER was hostile when asked or questioned about ANYTHING!!! He quickly became defensive to the point where he wouldn’t even help with programming the television. Soooooo, all of this to say, DO NOT consider this homesite for your Martha’s Vineyard stay. Ohhhh, the grounds were exquisite ( He’s a great landscaper)
