Relax in Puerto Heaven!

What a great place to relax! The owner met us at the door and gave us a full tour of the property. Very safe area in what is essentially a private city. It’s big, so I highly recommend renting a golf cart or having a vehicle. Can’t recommend this villa enough!

Amazing Host, Beautiful Property and Perfect Neighborhood

We stayed at Humberto’s property for 9 days and we loved every moment of it! Humberto is the most responsive and kindest host we have ever had! When we wanted anything he responded in minutes and we had either suggestions or items we needed in minutes. We were able to rent a golf cart through Humberto and many other items were also available through him if you wanted them to include: bikes, boats, chefs, bartenders etc. We will stay next time we go back and. Loved the community so much we would even purchase here! So many restaurants, nightlife, shops, beaches, and spas.

Nice Week in Puerto Aventuras

Villa Corazon Deluxe is a good vacation villa, and our host who lives on site was helpful. Weather and community were enjoyable. Our host gave us a tour on arrival with a flashlight and candles because of an unexpected power outage affecting the whole community for several hours. The villa is conveniently located about a five-minute bike/golf cart ride to marina area. Marina, shops and restaurants are about 10 minutes on foot. There is a 9-hole and a par 3 course in Puerto Aventuras. The food at local restaurants was very good. French and Italian bakeries with yummy pastries and coffee were a plus. We were a group of five guests and paid for a four-person golf cart ($345 for five nights thru our host, but probably less expensive thru other options) and used a bike provided at villa. Pool area is nice, and Juanita the Iguana visited many times to sunbathe and enjoy our banana slice treats. We had to pay extra for using air conditioning ($245 for the week). Laundry services are off site. Other services offered by host if you want to pay extra. One of those "extra" services was in-villa Covid testing ($55 per person) for which we had to pre-pay to our host on arrival. During the week, the CDC ended Covid testing requirement to return to US. When this was mentioned to our host and a request for a refund of our pre-paid money, he said the lab wouldn't refund $275 (also included $5 per person that host said he receives from lab for arranging the test). The host eventually refunded half our money, but this didn't seem right. We never were refunded the remaining amount. Disappointing end to our otherwise nice week.
