A second dock, conveniently located by the kayaks, provides swimming access, making it a great spot for little ones to splash and play in the water. When hunger strikes, the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, while the full bar is ideal for mixing up special cocktails as the sun sets over the horizon. Gather around the firepit to reminisce with loved ones until the stars come out, then retreat inside to cozy up on the couch and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV, drifting off to sweet dreams of more adventures ahead.

With lake access, there's no shortage of activities—bring your boat or take out one of the three kayaks provided. If you're in the mood for a land adventure, explore the nearby hiking trails, or take a scenic 25-mile drive to Bond Falls Waterfalls. In the winter, the fun continues with cross-country skiing, ice fishing, and snowmobiling on groomed trails. All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Three kayaks are available for guest use.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are three outdoor, motion-detected cameras: one next to the garage with a view down the driveway, the second off the front door with a view of the driveway and the deck entrance, and the third off the deck with a view of the deck itself. There are no cameras on the inside of this home.


Dock details:



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
