A four bedroom, 3 bath rustic house in the springs formally owned by a Hamptons landscape photographer author and book editor. Great layout with open kitchen/living room. Pet friendly. Walking distance to farmer's market, Springs General Store, bay and nature preserve. If you are looking for a generic rental house without any personality, this isn't your house. If you like quirks, books, cooking, and creativity, this might be perfect for you.
House is filled with all the cooking tools (and cookbooks) you could use, a 6 top restaurant stove, a gas and charcoal grill, outside table and chairs, 2 bikes, beach towels, yard games.
The lawn is perfect for playing soccer, frisbee or capture the flag.
All new linens and beds.
Two bedrooms have full bathrooms attached so it's a perfect house for 2 families to rent together.

We're a family from Brooklyn who has been coming out to the Hamptons since the '70's. We usually live in Brooklyn and have 2 boys ages 10 and 12 and a new Corona puppy 4 months old.
Why they chose this property
This was our cousin's property that we have purchased to use and rent out. He was a landscape photographer and she was a book editor.
