Luxurious and private with unbeatable ocean views

Superb location, very private, 5 minutes from Grace Bay Beach and AMAZING OCEAN VIEWS. Clean, modern design, beautiful finishes, comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly, the pool is incredible, perfect for our family. Could imagine coming back with a big group of friends. Kelly is such a great host, friendly and knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home.

Amazing house

We had a group of 9 staying at the house for the week - 4 adults and 5 young kids - and everyone truly had a blast. The house is beautiful and spacious with incredible views from the front and back. The salt water pool was a hit with everyone and the play area in the yard was perfect for the kids. We visited 4 different beaches (all unique and beautiful) and the furthest was a 10 minute drive. We would highly recommend this house and hope to be back!

Absolutely Exceptional Stay — Perfection from Start to FinishOur stay at this villa in Turks and Caicos was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The villa is beautifully and generously appointed, impeccably maintained, and perfectly centrally located, making it easy to enjoy everything the island has to offer while still feeling wonderfully private.The amenities and views were superb—truly the kind that make you pause and appreciate where you are. Whether relaxing indoors or taking in the scenery outside, the space consistently delivered comfort, elegance, and ease.What truly set this experience apart, however, was the host. Exceptional doesn’t quite do it justice. Every need was anticipated before we even thought to ask, communication was seamless, and everything unfolded flawlessly from start to finish. It made the entire experience feel effortless and deeply enjoyable.Our party of eight was more than comfortably accommodated, with plenty of room to spare for additional guests, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. I couldn’t be more grateful for such a perfect experience.We will absolutely be back and wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a top-tier Turks and Caicos getaway. This is what five-star hospitality is supposed to feel like.
