Back deck overlooks private yard for family gatherings after a day at Mayflower Beach. The 3 bedrooms are all equipped with window ac units. Comfortable, charming and close to the beach for a perfect Cape Cod vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This will be our 5th year renting the Summer Sand through Gibson Sotheby's. Denise is always an absolute pleasure to deal with. We love the rental and its proximity to Bayview Beach which in my opinion is one of the nicest beaches on the Cape!We will continue to rent this property as long as it's available!

They had air conditioners in each bedroom which we needed for our week. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our rental was a great experience. The house was an easy walk to the beach (1/3 of a mile). The house was clean and comfortable. It was well equipped. The only negatives were the beds are very hard and the Wi-Fi is weak, but both of those are minor compared to being in such a glorious location.
